Equipping and Preparing the Committee on Ministry for Conflict Intervention

This model for equipping and preparing follows the model “Steps for Conflict Utilization” in the COM Handbook of the PC(USA), Section 6-3. Modules A, B and C are 2 days in length (morning and afternoon two days or 4 periods of 3 hours each). Modules D and E are one day. Modules A, B and C can be spaced two to four weeks apart for preparation time and learning integration. Modules D and E will be conducted at 4-6 month intervals.
